Hi Kate, I wanted to take the time to write to you about my recent boat purchase from Ensign in Sydney. I have been flat out since the purchase, due mainly to the xmas season and all the madness that goes with it and have not been able to enjoy sailing it or bring the boat back to Brisbane where it will live. As an out of Towner having to make a few trips down to Sydney during the purchase and subsequent survey was somewhat of a daunting exercise to say the least, however, your assistance, help and advice was much appreciated and extremely helpful. A BIG THANK YOU. I also must say your after sales service and follow-up was second to none which is a rare commodity these days and is something I’m sure most boat buyers appreciate and don’t forget.
