BAVARIA YACHTS ON EASTERN AUSTRALIAN SEABOARD

Ensign has been appointed as the exclusive dealer for Bavaria yachts along the Eastern Seaboard, adding yet another notch on Ensign's belt with this quality brand for sale.

Managing Director Tony Ross says, “We are very proud to be the distributor of Bavaria Yachts and Motorboats, and expect to have representatives in the Northern Territory, Victoria, and Tasmania shortly.”

With the expansion of product comes the need for extra brokers and Ensign are eager to appoint great sales staff as soon as possible.

“We are excited to be involved, particularly at a time when Bavaria is launching new ranges including the Vision 46, a great yacht for Australian waters for both cruising and long range sailing.  Just as exciting is the new Virtess 420, an innovative new flybridge from the powerboat range".

The senior management of Ensign Yachts, Manly, Brisbane, have bought the premises and now hold the flag for Spirit Marine International, and have distribution rights for Beneteau Yachts!

Lee Randall, Florian Coroller, and Geoffrey Marsh will be staying on and will continue to focus on their past, present and future Beneteau clients with the same expert care previously extended. New crew members, including Martin Flower, have also been appointed to answer to the continuous growth of the brand in Queensland.

They have been carefully selected based on their professionalism and their commitment to the brand.

With dedicated additional resources, the office will take a slightly  different direction offering a boutique feel and specialising in high end products.  In addition to Beneteau they will have the distribution rights for brands such as McConaghy Boats, Rhea Marine, and CNB with plans for expansion already in the pipeline.

With the brokerage activity remaining in place and new product coming online, times are only looking exciting for Beneteau.

The tried and true sport fishing boat brand, Deep V, is
now making its presence felt through an alliance with Australia’s largest independent broker – Ensign Ship Brokers.

The Deep V boat brand, which has been a little quiet here for a while is set to make its mark again. The moulds have been shipped to Shanghai, China where under the watchful eye of Gold Coast Naval Architect boat builder, Trevor Manwarring, the boats are now being constructed.

BAVARIA APPOINTS NEW DISTRIBUTOR FOR
BAVARIA YACHTS IN AUSTRALIA

German yacht and powerboat builder, Bavaria Yachtbau, has announced that newly formed company Bavaria Power and Bavaria Sail have been appointed importer and distributor of the Bavaria brand Australia wide. 

Already importers for the Bavaria range of powerboats, Bavaria Power directors Tony Ross, Ralph Hogg and Andy Howden are excited to be involved in yachts once again, starting Bavaria Sail Pty Ltd to compliment the operation! 

Ralph Hogg, the original founder of North South Yachting who sold the business back in 2004 says he is extremely happy to be back in the seat after eight years.

Andy Howden worked briefly with Bavaria yachts however has focused on the powerboat range in recent years. “It is an exciting time for us with Bavaria launching their new Vision 46 yacht, B/One sports yacht and the innovative Virtess 420 flybridge powerboat recently,” Mr Howden said.

Bavaria Sail says existing Bavaria clients can be rest assured there will be ongoing service and support with news of the new Bavaria Service Centre soon to be released.

Black Label over the finish for line honours,
a maiden voyage for both Black Label and petit Im!

The Ensign Racing Team is now in its final preparations for its northern regatta campaign.  The Beneteau FIRST40 "Black Label" has made her racing debut and won line honours in her two opening races.  There is plenty of room for improvement but all looks promising nonetheless.

Her crew remain focused on achieving the pace needed to be highly ranked come time for Hamilton Island Race Week.

Our faithful FARR 40 "Cracklin Rosie" has taken a back seat for now but will return to action in time for the upcoming Queensland State Titles.  We are still currently offering her for sale as a turn-key race program.  Busy Times!
